Baby Knya Dies Unexpectedly

The baby at the heart of a life support battle at Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital unexpectedly died this morning.
Over the objections of her parents, the hospital's ethics board decided last week doctors should unplug the 6-month-old girl's respirator next Monday because they considered her case hopeless and continued care inhumane. Besides leukemia and a brain tumor, Knya Dismuke-Howard had multiple-organ failure and a serious bacterial infection, the frequent cleaning of which was causing suffering, doctors said. She was on morphine and other opiates to relieve pain.
I hope this was God bringing this dear child home.
But as a parent I would want an autopsy...
