Russians to sell MIGs to Venezuela
The United States is watching possible Venezuelan purchases of MiG fighter jets from Russia but doubts that such sales would destabilize Latin America, a senior US administration official said.
When asked if it would cause a tip in the balance of power in the region, an unamed official was refreshingly blunt
